My approach is collaborative and intuitive, practical and philosophical.  I take my work very seriously and I am committed to helping my clients come to accept and love themselves, as well as to create a life of beauty, where the lessons of every hour fill their life with meaning.

For many individuals, delving into such a journey is one of the greatest challenges they can imagine.  Fears of exposure, doubt about one's inherent self-worth, and concerns about being hurt just one more time, make psychotherapy seem more like an ordeal than a shared adventure.  Should you join my practice, we will have opportunities to deepen your thinking about both what you have experienced and who you have been, in light of where you want to go, and who you want to be.  My therapy practice is based on twenty years in the field, providing psychodynamic, transpersonally-informed psychotherapy.  Ideally, such psychotherapy reaches the depth of your very being, while providing you with the safety and support you need to traverse some of the most profound, yet daunting, places of your internal world.
